Who We Are

Water to Grow is brand and subsidiary of IoT Ventures, founded in 2016, leaders in the development of integrated solutions leveraging IoT LoRaWAN technology to break constraints imposed by distance and cost.

Water to Grow is focused on leveraging the advantages IoT offers to lift agricultural productivity, as well as reduce the environmental footprint and administrative burden of farming.

We started with Pasture Growth with remote control solid set sprinkler irrigation systems in 2020 and now have installed over 10,000 sprinkler controllers across NZ.

In 2022 we initiated the Water to Milk Project sponsored by MPI in partnership with NIWA. We undertook a 3 year intensive study of the benefits economically, socially and environmentally of solid set irrigation systems and expanded our technology offering to water infrastructure and dairy effluent management.

Extensive physical and social research has lead to the launch in 2025 of our Water Infrastructure Management solution, and the early adopter programme for our Effluent Tracking system.
