Water to Grow has officially launched “Pasture Growth”, an advanced remote irrigation control module that significantly upgrades existing systems, offering enhanced functionality and seamless integration with new features.
“This is a breakthrough providing a whole new platform to upgrade our existing system with better functionality and integration to new features,” said Ross Aimer, General Manager of Water to Grow.
The launch was marked by a special industry briefing held in Ashburton, co-hosted with Water Supply Products (WSP), and attended by many of the South Island’s leading irrigation installation experts.
Darcy Aker, Operations Engineer at Water to Grow, introduced the new V3 Irrigation Controller, which features advanced remote-control capabilities and seamless compatibility with valves supplied by WSP.

Shane Sievers of WSP described the launch as “an exciting development—the future of solid set irrigation remote control is here now.”
Matt Hector-Taylor, Director of Water to Grow, emphasized the scale of investment behind the product:

The V3 Irrigation Controller is available now through all major irrigation resellers. In addition, the latest software was released to all existing customers on Friday, 27 June 2025, and is fully compatible with their current equipment.
